Dust collector characteristics and usage

The CARTRIDGE FILTER system is an automatic dust collector used to filtrate air streams from particles and dust emitted during the production process. The dust collector is suitable for an intensive and continuous workflow within various industries such as metal, raw materials, food, minerals, chemical products, pharmaceuticals, wood processing, and food mixing.

The structure of the filtration system includes a first inertial dust separator that reduces the dust load on the filter cloth. The horizontal air flow regime and low air velocity between the dust collector's cartridges are particularly useful and help to keep the cartridges clean and maintain a low-pressure drop. The dust collector equipped with state of the art filter elements that have incredibly high filtration efficiency cloth which ensures compliance with the most stringent emission standards. DIN 24184 CATEGORY M, BIGA, EN-60335-2-69, and meet all the requirements of the Clean Air.

All the parts of the dust collector system have been laser-cut and CNC bent; the filter body is fully welded and built from 3-5 mm thick Galvanized steel plates, Stainless Steel 316 or Stainless Steel 304 which provides mechanical strength and an EXTRA HEAVY DUTY structure as well as process durability over time.

Dust collector element cleaning methods

  • ROTARY-JET technology is the most progressive and effective cleaning method in the world. The sprinkler allows a perfect and uniform distribution of air throughout the filter element. A unified cleaning pressure enables all folds within the filter cleaned individually and perfectly. The use of the ROTARY JET technology significantly prolongs the life of the filter element, substantially reduces the noise level and allows significant savings (up to 70%) in the consumption of compressed air in comparison to other cleaning methods.
  • PULSE-JET Method along with a patented Go-Co nozzle allows an effective and almost uniform cleaning throughout the entire filter element during the filtration process. The use of the Go-Co nozzle enables areas that are not cleaned within the filter element when using the standard Pulse-Jet to be cleaned as well.
