Vortex uses and features
Vortex compact scrubber is a wet filtration vacuum system for particle separation suitable for particulate pollutants with the following characteristics: volatile, combustible, wet, moist, sticky, greasy and with high temperature. Due to these characteristics, filtration using cloth filters is not feasible. Fabric filters can be easily clogged and require further high operating expenses or have an explosion risk. The primary industrial use for vortex scrubbers is dust suction from metalworking, explosive production processes, machining apparatuses, and hygroscopic and wet chemical production.
The compact model has integrated blower in an acoustic chamber, installed on top of the suction unit, dropping the noise level up to 70 DB. The scrubber is the best fitting for clients interested in spatial saving since the blower is on the scrubber and the low noise level allows installation in the manufacturing hall.

W-400-C vortex scrubber for up to 4000 cubic meters per hour [m^3/hr] flow rate
W-600-C vortex scrubber for up to 6000 cubic meters per hour [m^3/hr] flow rate
W-800-C vortex scrubber for up to 8000 cubic meters per hour [m^3/hr] flow rate
For higher capacities, parallel installation is possible.
Building materials:
Tinted Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316, Polypropylene acid-resistant plastic.
All the parts of the scrubber system have been laser-cut and CNC bent; the filter body is fully welded and built from thick galvanized Steel plates or Stainless Steel which provides mechanical strength and a HEAVY DUTY structure as well as process durability over time.
