Scrubber Uses and Features

The Venturi Scrubber is used to separate the sub-Micron particles, high-temperature gas and smoke, high humidity levels, highly volatile, clammy and sticky dust, and corrosive conditions.  The Venturi Scrubber is needed when conditions for filtering are not possible with dry filters, for fear of clogging, flammability, chemical failure and the risk of explosion.

The Venturi Scrubber allows the absorption and filtration of emissions from furnaces, dryers,  reactors, combustion facilities and gradual absorption of preliminary sources of chemical vapor emissions.

The Venturi Scrubber is also used as a gas refrigerator when combined with a Quencher for an Adiabatic cooling process of the gases that ensures an effective capture of the particles and a continuous treatment of chemical vapors (Integrated vapors).

The process design of the scrubbers is with unique software programs that are designed to take into account chemical calculations, FLUID DYNAMICS, thermodynamics, material strength and corrosion resistance that require a broad knowledge of process engineering and vast experience.

All the parts of the Venturi Scrubber produced from advanced and accurate processing technologies.  The building materials vary and designed according to the customer's needs and process.   The facility can be constructed from metal plates or stainless steel, as well as for chemical and cold corrosives processes - the facility can be produced from Polypropylene, PVDF or fiberglass.
