Scrubber Uses and Features

The Packed Column Scrubbers are used to absorb and neutralize gas vapors, acidic and alkaline vapors emitted from chemical factories, pharmaceutical industries, suction from chemical reactors, suction from coating processes, as well as an emergency measurement for dangerous gas leaks such as Ammonia in cooling facilities.  The Scrubbers are also widely used to deal with odors emitted from various industries and facilities that deal with food and sewage.

The process design of the scrubbers is with unique software programs that are designed to take into account chemical calculations, FLUID DYNAMICS, thermodynamics, material strength and corrosion resistance that require a broad knowledge of process engineering and vast experience.

The Scrubber includes a water tank, entry and exit vents, filling and emptying openings, absorption packing, nozzles, pumps, Rotameter, flow rate meter, water pipes, and a water level control system. You can also add pH monitoring systems, conductivity controller, REDOX controller, and Adiabatic precooling QUENCHER systems for the treatment of emissions from thermal processes.

The columns built from very thick polypropylene, which provides mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and a HEAVY DUTY structure suited for the industrial processes.

Other standard building materials: PVDF, fiberglass, PVC or stainless steel.
